Hello SUPers from Zeeland!

We open the Sun and SUP season with the best Functional SUP training!

We will have a very complete lesson, it will be an hour and a half of pure exercises, technical theory and above all a lot of fun! This season opening class is oriented to all levels, the important thing will be to acquire the greatest amount of knowledge of Stand Up Paddle, through fun functional exercises that I have been developing in my 12 years of experience, these exercises will help you control the paddle, the board, improve your balance, increase your rowing power, have greater confidence, we will train every muscle in the body!

Beginner Level Topics Number 1

Functional Stand Up Paddle Lessons 

- Group classes with a personalized approach for each student.

Level 1 Beginners

A-1 Student and teacher presentation, objective of each student, goals, difficulties, skills, knowledge.

A-2 Safety in the aquatic environment, flat water, revision and preparation of equipment.

A-3 Basic knowledge of SUPboard parts, rowing preparation, leash, fins and accessories.

A-4 Basic navigation meteorology, winds, climatology, observation of the environment where SUP will be practiced.

A-5 Warming up and muscle activation.

A-6 Explanation on land, positioning on the board, grip of the paddle, transition to standing.

A-7 Entrance to the water, ways of entering the water depending on the area, lake, river, sea, swamp, port.

A-8 Safety position on the board, standing transition `` Take Off '' linear row, change of hand.

A-9 Basic turning techniques, body motor skills, how to fall and climb the board.

A-10 Balance and confidence exercises on the Paddleboard.
